Bassi Build Group was founded by Hardeep Bassi with a simple goal: bring a higher level of professionalism, planning, and execution to construction projects of all sizes.
Before starting Bassi Build Group, Hardeep built his experience working across public and private sector projects representing billions of dollars in combined construction value. That background shaped the way BBG approaches every project: with structure, accountability, clear communication, and the mindset of a large general contractor.
Today, Bassi Build Group operates with two main focuses.
First, we support general contractors, developers, and builders as a reliable framing and drywall subcontractor. We understand that framing and drywall are critical scopes that can impact the entire project schedule, trade coordination, and final quality. Our team brings field knowledge, estimating experience, and a professional approach to help keep projects moving.
Second, we selectively take on a limited number of residential design-build and general contracting projects each year. By focusing on only a few of these projects annually, we are able to stay involved, manage details closely, and provide clients with a more personal and controlled building experience.
Bassi Build Group brings experience from a wide range of construction environments, including public works, residential construction, commercial tenant improvements, multifamily work, and private development projects.
This experience allows us to understand construction from both sides: the general contractor’s need for dependable trade partners and the owner’s need for clear budgets, communication, and quality work.
Whether we are acting as a subcontractor or leading a project as the general contractor, our approach remains the same: plan the work, communicate clearly, perform with quality, and protect the schedule.
Framing
We provide wood and metal framing services for residential, commercial, and multifamily projects. Our framing approach is built around accuracy, coordination, and production. We understand how framing impacts the trades that follow, and we work to reduce conflicts before they become costly issues in the field.
Drywall
We provide drywall support for general contractors and project owners, including installation, finishing, and coordination with related scopes. Our goal is to deliver clean, efficient drywall work that supports the overall project schedule and final finish quality.
Residential Design-Build & General Contracting
For select residential clients, Bassi Build Group provides design-build and general contracting services. We help guide projects from early planning and budgeting through construction. This includes coordinating design professionals, managing budgets, building realistic schedules, and executing the work with a clear plan.
Because we limit the number of design-build projects we take on each year, our clients receive direct attention and a more focused building experience.
